At Nourish, we believe food is more than a meal — its ministry. Rooted in Romans 12:13 (Contribute to the needs of the saints and seek to show hospitality), our mission is to be the hands and feet of Jesus through food: meeting practical needs, cultivating biblical community, and opening doors for the gospel through the sacred act of a shared table.
From church banquets and weddings to boxed lunches, brunches, and holiday meals, Nourish serves the Oklahoma City Metro with handcrafted, fresh food prepared with excellence and heart. Every dish is made with purpose — to feed bodies, connect hearts, and glorify Christ.

Executive Chef Jeff Dalton
Meet Jeff & Lindsey Dalton
Married since 2012, Jeff and Lindsey Dalton share a love for family, hospitality, and the joy of cooking together. They make their home in Oklahoma with their three children and three dogs.
With a heart for service, the Daltons have spent years leading church kitchens in Albuquerque, NM, and are now excited to bring that same passion to PCBC and the Oklahoma City Metro through Nourish Catering.
Jeff brings a deep passion for culinary excellence, with a diverse background spanning high-end kitchens, luxury hotels, and renowned restaurants. His career highlights include serving as Sous Chef at the Oklahoma City Golf and Country Club and Executive Chef at several prestigious establishments, including the University of New Mexico. Outside the kitchen, Jeff enjoys camping, hiking, and exploring the outdoors, where he often finds inspiration. Recently, he’s also taken up archery.
Lindsey delights in reading, handicrafts, and homeschooling their children. She serves on the leadership team for Rooted Homeschool Co-op, where her love for teaching and community shines.
Together, Jeff and Lindsey see Nourish Catering not just as a business, but as a ministry—an opportunity to serve others, share Christ’s love, and build community one meal at a time.

Community Bridges
Nourish Catering is a ministry of Community Bridges. Our calling to serve through food is an extension of the mission of Community Bridges:
"Community Bridges is the church, Putnam City Baptist Church, being both equipped by and equipping members of PCBC to join God in His mission of reconciliation by living Life As Mission in self-sustaining and reproducible ways in order to Go into Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and the uttermost parts; to Serve the communities in which they are sent; to Reach those they serve; to Teach those they reach; and to repeat. As such, Community Bridges is an integral part of the Acts 1:8 ministry of PCBC.”
